Commemoration of the Faithful Departed
- Each year, beginning on November 2, All Souls’ Day, The Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed, the monks of Portsmouth Abbey, following a long Benedictine tradition, pray for the souls of your near and dear ones throughout the month of November, joining the prayers of the entire Church. Please follow the steps below to participate with us in this special season of grace. We pray for all the souls who are in need of our help to attain heaven, as well as remembering the saints and souls who are in turn praying for us from heaven.
  
  Those on campus can pick up remembrance sheets at the Welcome Desk in the Administration Office (available prior to November 2).
  
  Those not on campus may provide the names below:
